The Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society recognized Burlington, Mass.-based Lahey Health for its EMR initiatives.
Lahey Health earned Stage 6 on the HIMSS Analytics EMR Adoption Model, which acknowledges healthcare organizations that have improved patient safety and clinician support. To reach this designation, Lahey Health worked to integrate its hospitals, outpatient clinics and provider offices and combine the EMR Adoption Model algorithms across its infrastructure.
