Innovaccer, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based healthcare analytics company, has launched a new data tool called ACO Compare.
ACO Compare allows providers to track and monitor the performances of up to five ACOs at a time, using an interactive dashboard that includes data related to patient/caregiver experience, care coordination/patient safety, preventative health measures and at-risk population measures. Innovaccer uses performance and quality data from CMS, collected from roughly 400 ACOs in the United States.
The tool is meant to help ACO providers compare how their performance stacks up against general industry trends, in an effort to facilitate the development of new patient-centered care plans.
