IBM to select 8 'network founders' for blockchain accelerator

IBM on May 18 launched IBM Blockchain Founder Accelerator, a program to facilitate the adoption of blockchain across industries.

The company will select eight new "blockchain network founders" — defined as individuals or organizations taking their first steps toward implementing blockchain for their network — to participate in the program.

The eight participants will receive business, legal and technology support for blockchain network development. The program provides boot camps and workshops, one-on-one mentorship with the IBM research team and access to IBM cloud services.
