The Dudley (England) Group NHS Foundation Trust selected the Allscripts Sunrise EHR to help it achieve its goal of becoming a fully digital hospital system.
In addition, the Trust will implement the Allscripts dbMotion Solution to provide interoperability across its systems.
The Trust has utilized the Allscripts Patient Administration System for years.
"When searching for a replacement for our current EHR, we undertook a thorough assessment of potential partners," said the Trust's CIO Mark Stanton. "It was clear that Allscripts could deliver the reliable tools we need to streamline care processes and ensure up-to-date health records are in the hand of clinicians at the point of care."
The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust has three hospital sites: Dudley-based Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley-based Guest Outpatient Centre and Stourbridge, England-based Corbett Outpatient Centre.
