Aurora Health Care is seeking digital health startups to integrate their offerings into a personalized population health platform. The Milwaukee-based healthcare system has partnered with incubator StartUp Health in its search.
The personalized population health platform aims to provide targeted care to Aurora's patient population, specifically those with Medicaid.
"StartUp Health's ongoing collaboration with Aurora has been an extraordinary example of how the world's leading health systems can collaborate with healthcare transformers and startups to foster innovation that will improve care delivery," said Polina Hanin, director of StartUpHealthAcademy, in a statement.
Interested startups can apply to StartUp Health's incubator until July 20.
