1. Kalamazoo, Mich.-based Family Health Center selected i2i Systems' population health management and analytics solution, i2i Tracks.
2. Yale-New Haven (Conn.) Hospital selected Mobile Heartbeat's MH-Clinical Urgent Response smartphone application for clinical and team communication.
3. Wisconsin-based Chiropractic Health Services selected iPatientCare's EHR/practice management system and revenue cycle management services.
4. Springfield, Mass.-based Baystate Health chose Imprivata Cortext as its secure mobile communications platform.
5. Reno, Nev.-based Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center will implement Vincari's Lightspeed Valet to assist with ICD-10 coding.
6. The University of Chicago Medicine selected Valence Health's Vision software to aid in population health efforts
7. Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Broward Health selected Cerner's population health management platform HealtheIntent.
8. El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, Calif., is now live on Epic's EHR.
9. Yuma (Ariz.) Regional Medical Center chose the Mach7 Enterprise Imaging Platform.
10. San Francisco-based Dignity Health plans to implement athenahealth's population health service platform athenaCommunicator Enterprise.
