Streamline Health Solutions, which provides tech solutions and analytics to support revenue cycle functions for healthcare organizations, has acquired Opportune IT Healthcare Solutions for $1.4 million in cash.
Founded in 2003, Opportune IT Healthcare Solutions is a privately-held technology-enabled services provider of coding audits for healthcare providers.
Its aim is to help identify areas for coding and documentation improvement and to mitigate compliance risk from miscoding, according to an announcement of the acquisition.
