Nashville, Tenn.-based Healthcare Bluebook, an online healthcare price comparison tool, extended its employer benefit services to the Nashville area this month, according to a report published in The Tennessean.
The tool allows users to search and compare the price of common medical services. Healthcare Bluebook also ranks area hospitals and providers based on metrics like quality and price.
Healthcare Bluebook's data was previously only accessible as an employer benefit. However, the tool is now available to healthcare consumers in Nashville and the surrounding areas, the report states.
