All five of the major for-profit hospital operators saw their stock prices fall last week.
Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems saw the largest decrease in share price, with shares falling 13.7 percent last week.
Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health saw its share price drop 1.5 percent last week, the least of any of the major for-profit hospital operators.

- Hospital Corporation of America (Nashville, Tenn.): $64.27 per share (down 4.1 percent)
- LifePoint Health (Brentwood, Tenn.): $69.39 per share (down 1.5 percent)
- Tenet Healthcare (Dallas): $23.07 per share (down 10.4 percent)
- Universal Health Services (King of Prussia, Pa.): $109.17 per share (down 3 percent)
