All five of the major for-profit hospital operators saw their stock prices increase last week.
Shares of Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America were up 4.01 percent last week, the most of any of the for-profit hospital operators.
Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems saw the least dramatic increase in its share price last week.

- Tenet Healthcare Corp. (Dallas): $50.50 per share (up 2.75 percent)
- Universal Health Services (King of Prussia, Pa.): $118.36 per share (up 1.46 percent)
