King of Prussia, Pa.-based Universal Health Services saw the largest increase in share price, with shares rising 4.5 percent last week.
Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare and Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems saw their share prices rise 0.4 percent last week, the least of any of the major for-profit hospital operators.
Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America and Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health saw their share prices fall last week.

- Community Health Systems (Franklin, Tenn.): $18.75 per share (up 0.4 percent)
- Hospital Corporation of America (Nashville, Tenn.): $79.14 per share (down 0.1 percent)
- LifePoint Health (Brentwood, Tenn.): $68.93 per share (down 0.3 percent)
- Tenet Healthcare (Dallas): $29.00 per share (up 0.4 percent)
- Universal Health Services (King of Prussia, Pa.): $123.22 per share (up 4.5 percent)
