Here are five news updates on key healthcare revenue cycle management companies.

Jonathan Bush, CEO of athenahealth, sold 1,000 shares of company stock for a total transaction price for $115,320, according a Dakota Financial News report.

Convergent Revenue Cycle Management promoted Don Barrett to senior vice president of sales and marketing.

Emdeon formed a partnership with AHIP Innovation Lab, a collaborative work group focused on creating solutions to healthcare issues such as big data and value-based payments. Other partners include Amgen Accenture, Healthcare Services and Solutions and GE Healthcare.

Leidos announced a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, according a WKRB News & Analysis report.

Carent Laboratory Services, which has locations in Colorado and Nebraska, selected McKesson Business Performance Solutions to provide revenue cycle management services.
