5. Charlotte, N.C.-based Medical Billing Experts, a provider of outsourced billing and revenue cycle management, appointed Chip Porter CEO.
6. Paducah, Ky.-based Credit Bureau Systems, a national healthcare revenue cycle management provider, selected Aaron Haas as the company's regional sales manager.
7. DuBois, Pa.-based Penn Highlands Healthcare named John Bruyere revenue management service line vice president.
