- Fremont-Rideout Health Group (Marysville, Calif.) — from BBB to BBB- (S&P)
- Lawrence (Mass.) General Hospital — from BBB- to BB+ (Fitch)
- Reading (Pa.) Health System — from AA- to A+ (S&P)
- Reid Hospital (Richmond, Ind.) — from A to A- (S&P)
