1. Traverse City, Mich.-based Munson Healthcare implemented the OnPlan/Bluefin Payment Card Industry-validated point-to-point encryption solution.
2. Nashville, Tenn.-based Saint Thomas Health, part of St. Louis-based Ascension, partnered with MDsave, an online healthcare marketplace, to help patients reduce their out-of-pocket costs.
3. Fayetteville, N.C.-based Valley Regional Imaging entered a revenue cycle and practice management agreement with Zotec Partners.
4. Teaneck, N.J.-based Holy Name Medical Center partnered with cost management platform Medpricer.
5. Cotiviti, a payment accuracy solutions provider, will aquire Louisville, Ky.-based RowdMap, a value-based analytics company, for $70 million.
6. Medical Transcription Billing Corp., a healthcare information technology provider, acquired client accounts and related business assets from a Washington-based revenue cycle management company.
