5 recent hospital outlook and credit rating actions

The following hospital and health system rating and outlook changes and affirmations took place in the last week, starting with the most recent.

1. Moody's revises Peninsula Regional Medical Center's outlook to negative
Moody's Investors Service affirmed Salisbury, Md.-based Peninsula Regional Medical Center's "A2" rating and revised its outlook to negative from stable.

2. Moody's affirms Silver Cross Hospital and Medical Center's 'Baa1' rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "Baa1" rating on New Lenox, Ill.-based Silver Cross Hospital and Medical Centers' series 2015C fixed rate revenue bonds, affecting $283 million. 

3. Moody's affirms Mosaic Life Care's 'A1' rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "A1" rating to St. Joseph, Mo.-based Mosaic Life Care's $119 million of outstanding rated debt. 

4. Moody's revises Gwinnett Hospital System's outlook to negative
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "A2" bond rating on Lawrenceville, Ga.-based Gwinnett Hospital System's $140.5 million of outstanding revenue certificates. 

5. Moody's affirms Torrance Memorial Medical Center's 'A3' rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "A3" rating on Torrance (Calif.) Memorial Medical Center's bonds.
