1. Burlington, Mass.-based Arcadia Healthcare Solutions, a provider of EHR data aggregation and analytics, appointed Karl Stubelis CFO.
2. Southport, N.C.-based Dosher Memorial Hospital named Dawn Dollar revenue cycle director.
3. Watertown, Mass.-based athenahealth, a provider of medical record, revenue cycle, patient engagement, care coordination and population health services, named John "Jack" Kane interim CFO.
4. Technology company Empiric Health, formed this year through a collaboration between Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Healthcare and healthcare growth services firm Oxeon Partners, named Rick Adam CEO.
