Four hospitals and health systems received credit downgrades during the past month, according to a report from HFA Partners.
The hospitals and health systems receiving credit downgrades included the following:
- Cottage Health (Santa Barbara, Calif.) — from AA- to A+ (Fitch)
- Fremont-Rideout Health Group (Marysville, Calif.) — from BBB to BBB- (S&P)
- Lawrence (Mass.) General Hospital — from BBB- to BB+ (Fitch)
- Reid Hospital (Richmond, Ind.) — from A to A- (S&P)
