1. The Chartis Group, a national healthcare advisory services firm, added two members to its revenue cycle leadership team.
2. Formativ Health, a management services organization created by New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Northwell Health and private equity firm Pamplona Capital Management, chose Michael Lovett as chief commercial officer.
3. Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Agility Health, a provider of physical rehabilitation services, orthotics, prosthetics, foot care services and software services, named Patrick Reid CFO.
