Fitch Ratings revised Marshall, Mo.-based John Fitzgibbon Memorial Hospital's outlook to negative from stable.
2. Fitch assigns 'AA-' rating to UPMC's bonds
Fitch Ratings assigned an "AA-" rating to Pittsburgh-based UPMC's $300 million of series 2016 revenue bonds.
3. S&P assigns 'AA-' rating to Providence St. Joseph Health's bonds
S&P Global Ratings assigned an "AA-" long-term rating to Renton, Wash.-based Providence St. Joseph Health's $341 million of series 2016H and $341 million of series 2016I bonds.
