The following hospital and health system rating and outlook changes and affirmations took place in the last week, starting with the most recent. 

1. Moody's affirms 'Ba1' rating on Saint Peter University Hospital's bonds
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "Ba1" rating on New Brunswick, N.J.-based Saint Peter University Hospital's outstanding debt of approximately $158 million. 

2. Moody's assigns 'Aa3' rating to University of Pennsylvania Health System's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned an "Aa3" rating to Philadelphia-based University of Pennsylvania Health System's proposed series 2016A and 2016B fixed rate bonds, affecting up to $535 million.

3. S&P assigns 'AA-' rating to University of Pennsylvania Health System's bonds
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned an "AA-" long-term rating on Philadelphia-based University of Pennsylvania Health System's series 2016 bonds. 

4. S&P revises Boston Medical Center's outlook to positive
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services revised the outlook on Boston Medical Center's debt to positive from stable. 

5. S&P raises Freeman Health System's rating to 'A-'
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services raised its rating on Joplin, Mo.-based Freeman Health System's series 2012, series 2011 and series 2015 fixed rate bonds to "A-" from "BBB+."

6. S&P assigns 'AA' rating to Mayo Clinic's bonds
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned an "AA" long-term rating to Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic's series 2016 fixed rate bonds, affecting $300 million.

7. Fitch affirms 'BBB+' rating on Jupiter Medical Center's bonds
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "BBB+" rating on Jupiter (Fla.) Medical Center's series 2013A bonds, affecting $46.2 million.

8. Fitch affirms Lurie Children's Hospital's 'AA-' rating
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "AA-" rating on Chicago-based Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital's $375.6 million of bonds.

9. S&P assigns 'A-' rating to Huron Regional Medical Center
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned an "A-" issuer credit rating to Huron (S.D.) Regional Medical Center, and affirmed the "A-" long-term rating on Huron's series 1994 bonds. 

10. Moody's affirms 'A2' rating on NCH Healthcare System's bonds
Moody's Investors Service affirmed Naples, Fla.-based NCH Healthcare System's "A2" rating, affecting $99.4 million of outstanding debt. 

11. Moody's withdraws 'A3' rating on Baptist Healthcare System's bonds
Moody's Investors Service withdrew its "A3" rating on Louisville, Ky.-based Baptist Healthcare System's series 2009 B1, series 2009 B2, series 2009 B3 and series 2009 B4 bonds, issued through the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority.

12. Moody's assigns initial 'A3' rating to Vanderbilt University Medical Center's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned an initial "A3" rating to Nashville, Tenn.-based Vanderbilt University Medical Center's bonds.

13. Moody's assigns 'Baa2' rating to Boston Medical Center's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned a "Baa2" rating to Boston Medical Center's proposed $75 million of series 2016 taxable bonds. 

14. Moody's upgrades Rady Children's Hospital's rating to 'Aa3'
Moody's Investors Service upgraded the long-term and underlying ratings on San Diego-based Rady Children's Hospital's parity debt to "Aa3" from "A1."

15. Moody's assigns 'Aa2' rating to Mayo Clinic's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned an "Aa2" rating to Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic's proposed $300 million of series 2016 fixed rate revenue bonds. 

16. Moody's upgrades Health First's rating to 'A2'
Moody's Investors Service upgraded Rockledge, Fla.-based Health First's rating to "A2" from "A3," affecting approximately $322 million of outstanding bonds.

17. Moody's downgrades Westchester Medical Center's rating
Moody's Investors Service downgraded Valhalla, N.Y.-based Westchester Medical Center and Charity Health System's rating to "Baa2" from "Baa1," affecting $500 million of outstanding debt. 

18. Fitch affirms Silver Cross Health System's 'BBB+' rating
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "BBB+" rating on New Lenox, Ill.-based Silver Cross Health System's bonds.
