The hospitals and health systems receiving credit downgrades included the following:
- Covenant Health (Tewksbury, Mass.) — from A to A- (Fitch)
- Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems (Bangor) — from Baa2 to Baa3 (Moody's)
- Good Shepherd Medical Center (Longview, Texas) — from BB- to B- (S&P)
- HealthEast (St. Paul, Minn.) — from BBB- to BB+ (Fitch)
- Jennie Stuart Medical Center (Hopkinsville, Ky.) — from BBB to BBB- (Fitch)
- Lawrence + Memorial Hospital (New London, Conn.) — from A- to BBB- (S&P)
- Mercy Health (Cincinnati) — from A1 to A2 (Moody's); and from AA- to A+ (S&P)
- Mission (Texas) Regional Medical Center — from BB+ to B- (S&P)
- Oconee Regional Medical Center (Milledgeville, Ga.) — from CC to D (S&P)
- Parrish Medical Center (Titusville, Fla.) — from BBB+ to BBB (S&P)
- Presence Health (Chicago) — from Baa2 to Baa3 (Moody's)
- Provena Health (Chicago) — from Baa2 to Baa3 (Moody's)
- Resurrection Health Care (Chicago) from Baa2 to Baa3 (Moody's)
- WakeMed Health System (Raleigh, N.C.) — from AA- to A+ (Fitch)
