The following hospital and health system rating and outlook changes and affirmations have taken place in the last week, starting with the most recent.

1. S&P assigns 'A+' rating to Children's Hospital of Alabama's refunding bonds
S&P assigned an "A+" long-term rating to series 2015 refunding bonds issued on behalf of Children's Hospital of Alabama in Birmingham.

2. S&P raises Evangelical Community Hospital's bond rating
S&P raised its rating on debt issued on behalf of Evangelical Community Hospital in Lewisburg, Pa., to "A-" from "BBB+."

3. Moody's downgrades Guadalupe Regional Medical Center's rating to 'Ba1'
Moody's Investors Service downgraded the rating on Seguin, Texas-based Guadalupe Regional Medical Center's series 2007 revenue bonds to "Ba1" from "Baa3," affecting approximately $87.9 million of debt.

4. Moody's affirms Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center's 'A2' rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "A2" rating on Findlay, Ohio-based Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center's series 2011A fixed rate bonds, affecting $105 million of debt.

5. Kettering Health Network's outlook revised to positive
S&P revised Kettering (Ohio) Health Network's outlook to positive from stable.

6. Moody's revises San Antonio Regional Hospital's outlook to stable
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "Baa2" rating on Upland, Calif.-based San Antonio Regional Hospital's series 2011 fixed rate certificates of participation, affecting $115 million of rated debt.

7. Fitch affirms Mercy Medical Center's bond rating
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "BB+" rating on $68.4 million of Canton, Ohio-based Mercy Medical Center's series 2000 bonds.

8. S&P raises rating on Arkansas Children's Hospital's bonds
S&P raised its underlying rating to "AA-" from "A+" on series 2009 and 2010 insured fixed rate hospital revenue bonds issued on behalf of Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock.

9. Fitch affirms Susquehanna Health System's bond rating: 3 things to know
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "A-" rating on $153.33 million of series 2009A bonds issued on behalf of Williamsport, Pa.-based Susquehanna Health System.

10. Moody's affirms ratings on Aurora Health Care's bonds
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "Aa1" long-term rating assigned to Milwaukee-based Aurora Health Care's series 2008A, 2008B, 2012B, 2012C and 2012D bonds. Moody's also affirmed the "Aa2" long-term rating assigned to Aurora's series 2010 bonds.

11. Fitch affirms Columbia Memorial Hospital's bond rating
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "BBB-" rating on Astoria, Ore.-based Columbia Memorial Hospital's $29.1 million of series 2012 bonds.
