PA average hourly wage & salary for all 50 states — Nevada tops the list at $124k

Physician assistants in Nevada earned the highest average annual salary of all PAs in the U.S. at $124,180, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Rhode Island followed with $114,650, and New Hampshire, North Dakota and Connecticut rounded out the top five.
