1. ASD Management was founded by brothers Robert Zasa and Joe Zasa. Robert and Joe have a long history of success in the surgery center industry.
They have been involved with ASCs for more than three decades. Bob Zasa has a Masters in Health Administration. Joe has a law degree. Both are gifted and warm people.
2. ASD Management focuses primarily on physician-owned ventures and physician-hospital joint ventures. A majority of the projects they work on are physician-hospital joint ventures.
3. ASD Management is known for the fact that its two key principals stay closely in communication with their centers and continue to be parties that the centers talk to on a very regular basis. They are supported by a solid team of people, including the intelligent ASC veteran Sandra Jones.
