To be eligible for this year’s list by Working Mother magazine, companies were required to answer more than 400 questions on leave policies, workforce representation, benefits, childcare and flexibility policies, among others, using 2017 company data.
All applicants received feedback discussing how they compared with other applicants. The identities of applicants who did not make the list were kept confidential.
While Working Mother does not disclose the individual ranks of the 100 best companies, the publication highlighted those that made the top 10, which included Marietta, Ga.-based WellStar Health System.
Here are the six hospitals and health systems that ranked among the 100 best companies for working mothers by Working Mother magazine for 2018:

Bon Secours Virginia Health System (Richmond)
Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta
H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute (Tampa, Fla.)
Northwestern Memorial HealthCare (Chicago)
