Hawaii is the top-ranked state for nursing home care, according to an analysis by Care.com.
Care.com, a company that helps people find caregivers, analyzed recent CMS data and surveyed 978 people to get their take on U.S. nursing home care.
CMS developed a quality rating system for nursing homes to help families evaluate how a facility has performed based on health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
The top 10 states for nursing home care, with No. 1 being the highest-ranked:

- Colorado
- Delaware

- Minnesota

The bottom 10 states for nursing home care, with No. 1 being the lowest-ranked:
