Several makeup products from Claire's retail stores tested positive for asbestos, which has been linked to cancer, the FDA warned.
Claire's, which markets their products to young girls and teens, has more than 2,400 locations in North America and Europe.
The FDA said it found three products — eyeshadow, compact powder and contour powder — from Claire's that contained asbestos.
Claire's said it removed the products from stores and will remove any talc-based products. Talc is the substance that sometimes contains asbestos.
