This year, Horizon Pharma's osteopetrosis drug Actimmune tops GoodRx's list of the 20 most expensive drugs in the U.S., with a list price of $52,322 per month.
To create the list, GoodRx excluded drugs that are administered by a healthcare provider and obtained typical fill quantities using drug manufacturer websites to compare the monthly price of these drugs. Using the official manufacturer list price, GoodRx calculated the one-month supply of a typical fill quantity.
