The Department of Veterans Affairs plans to open 13 new outpatient clinics across nine states to increase veterans' access to healthcare.
The first of the community-based outpatient clinics will become operational later this year, with openings continuing into 2015. Clinics will be located in Arizona, Georgia, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon and Pennsylvania.
