Wise Regional Health System in Decatur, Texas, has broken ground on the Parkway Surgical and Cardiovascular Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, according to a Star-Telegram report.
The 29,000-square-foot, specialty surgical facility is expected to focus on minimally invasive spine, cardiac and vascular services. It will feature 12 short-term inpatient beds. It is also expected to offer plastic surgery, bariatric surgery and an emergency department. It is expected to open in about a year, according to the report.
