Kem Mullins has been appointed executive vice president and chief administrative officer of Marietta, Ga.-based Wellstar Health System.
Mr. Mullins joined Wellstar in 2012 and most recently served as executive vice president of ambulatory services and business development, President and CEO Ketul Patel said in a Sept. 15 LinkedIn post.
“Few leaders know Wellstar as well as Kem,” Mr. Patel said. “He has built trusted relationships across our system, and his deep experience and commitment to the people and communities we serve make him well-suited for this role.”
Mr. Mullins served as CEO of Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett (Tenn.) before joining Wellstar, according to his LinkedIn profile.
