Mr. Hartberg has spent the last seven years as CEO of Gundersen Boscobel (Wis.) Area Hospital and Clinics, according to his LinkedIn profile. He has also served as CEO of Grand View Health System in Ironwood, Mich.
He succeeds Kyle Bakkum, who announced in June his plans to resign within six months.
