Kim Pardini-Kiely, BSN, RN, has been hired as COO and chief nurse executive for Seton Coastside in Moss Beach, Calif., and Seton Medical Center in Daly City, Calif., according to a Half Moon Bay Review report.
Here are three things to know about Ms. Pardini-Kiely.
1. Previously, she was vice president for Stanford (Calif.) Health Care and held senior leadership positions with Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente and El Camino Hospital, based in Mountain View, Calif.
2. She also previously was a clinical faculty member at the University of San Francisco and the University of California, San Francisco.
3. Ms. Pardini-Kiely's hire comes months after BlueMountain Capital Management took control of Seton Medical and Seton Coastside. The hospitals, along with four others, were part of financially troubled Los Altos, Calif.-based Daughters of Charity Health System until Daughters closed a $260 million investment deal with BlueMountain Capital Management.
