Meadowbrook, Pa.-based Redeemer Health has named an interim CEO and brought back a former CFO amid a restructuring, following the departures of its top two executives.
Greg Wozniak is no longer in the CEO role, a health system spokesperson said in a Sept. 24 statement shared with Becker’s. CFO Kim Cummings has resigned, effective at the end of September, the spokesperson confirmed.
Redeemer Health appointed Jim Logue interim CEO as part of a restructuring that is underway, the spokesperson said. Former CFO Michael Keen has returned to the role.
“The goal of the restructuring is to establish a sustainable business model and ensure the continuation of the charitable mission of the Redeemer Health system,” the spokesperson said.
Mr. Wozniak had served as CEO since July 2024. He came to the role with two decades of health system executive leadership experience, including previously serving as president and CEO of St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, Pa.
He succeeded Michael Laign, who retired in 2024 after 31 years as the system’s CEO.
Ms. Cummings had served as executive vice president and CFO since August 2025, according to her LinkedIn profile. Before that, she was regional vice president of finance and CFO at Newtown Square, Pa.-based Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic.
Redeemer Health includes an acute care hospital, home health and hospice services, three skilled nursing facilities, a retirement community, low-income housing and an independent living community.
