Boston Medical Center has selected Alastair Bell, MD, as COO and Nancy Gaden as senior vice president and CNO, according to a hospital news release.
Dr. Bell previously served as senior vice president for operations and strategy of Boston Medical Center.
Ms. Gaden most recently served as system vice president of patient care services and CNO of Medford, Mass.-based Hallmark Health Systems. She previously served in senior patient care services and CNO roles at Caritas St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Brighton, Mass., South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, Mass., and Milton (Mass.) Hospital.
