Indianapolis-based St. Vincent, part of St. Louis-based Ascension, appointed Christine Fredric chief strategy officer.
Here are three notes:
1. Ms. Fredric most recently served as national business development director and chief strategy officer of Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare's Texas Region.
2. Her prior experience includes serving as senior vice president of business development at Saint Francis Hospital in Memphis, Tenn., and chief business development officer of hospital operations and integration at Tenet.
3. Before joining Tenet, she worked at Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare in numerous leadership roles, including as vice president of business development.
