The platform integrates with third-party applications — such as EHRs, enterprise data warehouses and health information exchanges — to provide analytics insights within a physician’s workflow. These applications send real-time clinical and claims data to CareSkore’s analytics engine, which returns patient-specific predictive analytics based on clinical and demographic characteristics.
