Moody's downgrades Holy Redeemer Health System to "Ba1"

Moody's Investors Service has downgraded Meadowbrook, Pa.-based Holy Redeemer Health System's rating from "Baa3" to "Ba1," affecting $45.8 million in rated debt.

The downgrade reflects Moody's view that the system's operating performance will remain weak due to volume and revenue constraints.

The rating outlook remains negative.
