U.S. News & World Report released its 2023 best diet rankings Jan. 3, which includes best diets overall and best heart-healthy diets.
For the rankings, a panel of 33 nationally recognized experts in nutrition, obesity, food psychology and chronic disease management rated 24 diets for healthiness, safety, ease of following and promoting a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. More methodology information is available here.
