Highmark's Allegheny Health Network Launches New Brand

Pittsburgh-based Allegheny Health Network, an integrated healthcare delivery system operated by health insurer Highmark, has launched a new brand identity, including an advertising campaign and a new logo.

Allegheny Health Network's brand represents four key principles:
•    Patient-centered care
•    Physician leadership
•    Innovation
•    Affordable, high-quality services

The new logo reflects the health system's growth and optimism, and will be featured on new signs at the system's headquarters and seven hospitals, according to the news release.

The health system launched the new brand identity to communicate its value to the community. "Our brand rollout marks the start of a long conversation we will be having with the community about why Allegheny Health Network is uniquely capable of providing the high-quality, affordable healthcare choices that are so vital to the future of healthcare in our region and beyond," William Winkenwerder Jr., MD, president and CEO of Highmark, said in the release.
