Knoxville, Tenn.-based TeamHealth closed its previously announced secondary offering Sept. 17.
During the secondary offering, approximately 8 million shares of common stock were sold to principle stockholder, Ensemble Parent, an investment fund affiliated with The Blackstone Group. According to the release, TeamHealth did not receive any proceeds from the sale of its shares during the offering.
