Clinch Valley Medical Center in Richlands, Va., has acquired Clinch Valley Physicians, Inc., a multispecialty practice with 120 staff members and physicians also in Richlands, according to a SWVA Today report.
The physician group's name will not change as part of the acquisition, according to the report. The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed in the report.
The acquisition was effective July 2.
