Ennis (Texas) Regional Medical Center and Parkview Regional Hospital in Mexia, Texas, both part of Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Hospitals' United Division, will share the same CEO and CFO, according to a Freestone County Times report.

Jack Wilcox, CPA, the CFO of ERMC, will serve as both hospitals' CFO. He has 20 years of healthcare operations experience, according to the report.
