Vista Health System in Waukegan, Ill., named Pamela German Hill as its CFO in September 2009. Previously, she had worked across the country as a project CFO for Vista's parent company, Community Health Systems, based in Franklin, Tenn.
Ms. Hill and the rest of the leadership team are working with local authorities on the 407-bed system's proposed construction of a new 132-bed, 188,000-square-foot hospital nearby.
Ms. Hill holds a master's degree in health administration from the University of Memphis and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Union University in Jackson, Tenn.
