Sectra is the top software vendor for picture archiving and communication system imaging technology when ranked on overall satisfaction, according to a KLAS Research report.
For the report, titled "PACS 2017: Reconstructing for the Future," KLAS Research surveyed almost 900 individuals — including physicians, radiology directors and executives — from healthcare facilities of various sizes about their satisfaction with PACS software.
Here's how 11 popular software systems stacked up when ranked by functionality, contracting and other metrics of provider satisfaction in hospitals with more than 200 beds. The systems were scored on a scale of zero to 100.
